WE Leave no one behind

DOZ Syria is a local nonprofit NGO registered with the
Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Damascus (Reg. No. 167).
Doz NGo Syria is a local non-governmental organization (NGO) that began in Syria in 2011, founded by university students responding to the humanitarian crisis caused by conflict and displacement. With a community-led vision, DOZ focused on supporting women, youth, and children—groups most affected by the conflict. Over time, it evolved into a professional, multi-sectoral organization specializing in protection, livelihoods, and social cohesion.

We envision a world where communities are stable, secure, and thriving—where every individual, including locals, internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, and migrants, has the opportunity to live with dignity and hope. Our goal is to foster inclusive societies where resilience, prosperity, and social cohesion empower people to build a better future together.
We are committed to investing in humanity by delivering sustainable development solutions, providing humanitarian aid, and strengthening local civil society. Through inclusive empowerment, we ensure that no one is left behind, fostering long-term stability and opportunity for all.
